We want to make our contribution to the eradication of extreme poverty in the world by the year 2030, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

We are convinced that economic growth is the most effective way out of extreme poverty and that the lack of basic infrastructure is the biggest obstacle to its development. Access to electricity is among the basic infrastructure that has the greatest impact on economic development. The EKI Foundation focuses its efforts on improving access to electricity to basic community settings such as schools and health centers as a seed for further access to electricity throughout the community.
